Medicare Prescription Payment Plan
Medicare is now offering a prescription payment plan for the Part D out-of-pocket $2,000 maximum in 2025.
This plan allows you to spread your $2,000 OOP maximum equally over 12 months, rather than having to pay large amounts up front to meet your maximum.

The End of Telehealth Visits
Our office will no longer offer telehealth visits.
The AWV Explained -
The Annual Wellness Visit is a Medicare benefit that is free to Medicare and Medicare Advantage insureds. Traditional Medicare allows one AWV every 365 days, while Medicare Advantage plans allow one every calendar year.
This benefit allows the physician to stay up-to-date on routine wellness care that may not be addressed during sick or routine follow-up visits. While the Traditional Medicare AWV does not include a physical exam our office does provide one at no charge during the AWV.
We encourage you to take advantage of this benefit and schedule your AWV.
