Gerard Chamberlin, MD is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Chamberlin offers a broad array of services with the goal of providing individualized health care for patients through all stages of life, including in-patient hospital care for established patients and Hospice.
My Thuong "Toon" Ngo, PA is in her third year at our practice. Toon is a dedicated provider who provides quality care with compassion and understanding. She is a perfect fit! We know you will enjoy getting to know her as much as we have!

You may have encountered one of our 3rd year medical students at one of your visits. Dr Chamberlin is proud to precept these future doctors during their internal medicine/pediatric rotations. He strongly believes in the importance of sharing his medical knowledge and experience with these bright young students and hopes you will give them a warm welcome!
To Mask or Not To Mask
At the present time our office is only requiriing masks for anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. If you are experiencing symptoms please make sure you tell the receptionist upon check in and if you do not have a mask one will be provided.

Flu vaccines for the 2024-2025 season, RSV and COVID vaccines are now available in our office.
Please don't forget to update your insurance card during your first visit in 2024. For Medicare patients we will need your red, white and blue card, any supplemental insurance, and your Medicare Part D provider if not through Medicare.
